Support Technician
We need computer technicians to join our team to support our customers’ IT infrastructure.
The job involves onsite work, setting up computer systems and troubleshooting problems. Training will be given to expand skills in desktop and server operations where necessary.
Skills required : practical experience of networking PCs, user support, troubleshooting. Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Microsoft desktop support, network administration experience and a willingness to learn new skills. They should have a friendly personality and be happy dealing with end users.
English and Cantonese required.
Job hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm, Mon-Fri + Saturday morning occasionally. Overtime paid for extra hours. 15 days holiday per year and 13 month salary.
